Brentside Primary Academy is a 2 form entry school, 60 pupils per year. Our Nursery can take a maxium of 52 pupils over 2 half day sessions. The total pupils that can attend BPA is 472.

Brentside will notify Ealing Council if at any point we intend to change the school's published admission number (PAN)

Admission Criteria

All applications to Brentside Primary Academy & Nursery are considered under the below admission criteria.

Where applications for admission exceed the number of places available, the following criteria will be applied, in the order set out below to decide which children to admit:

1. Looked after children or children who were previously looked after but immediately after being looked after became subject to an adoption, child arrangements order, or special guardianship order.

2.Children with a brother or sister who will be attending the main school (not the nursery class) at the time of admission.

3. The distance from home to school is measured by straight-line, from a point in the property to a point in the school determined by the grid references for the centre of the school’s postcode.

How to Apply to Brentside Primary Academy

If you wish to apply for a Nursery place, the application is made directly to the Academy. Please complete the Application Form below and either hand it in to the School Office along with your child's birth certificate or passport or email the form to admissions@brentsideprimary.ealing.sch.uk. We are able to accept photographs of your child's passport or birth certificate that you can attach to the email along with the admissions form.

All other applications for In Year places or Reception place are to be made by contacting Ealing Council Admissions. You can apply online at the below link.

Once you have received a letter from Ealing Council confirming if you have been offered a place at Brentside Primary Academy, you will need to complete our own Application Form (seen below). We can only accept our Application Form if you have been offered a place at our school by Ealing Council.
