Reception Admissions
Applying for a Reception Place
Reception places are applied for through Ealing Council, you cannot apply directly to Brentside Primary Academy for a place in Reception. All reception places are allocated by Ealing Council. The application process begins in September and ends in January.
On the council website you can check which school is your catchment area school.
Applications can be completed online (recommended) or through paper copies of the application form that is either submitted to the school, or sent directly to Ealing Council.

You can select up to 6 schools on the application and you must also provide proof of address and your child’s birth certificate.

If you are applying for a Reception place for the current academic year it is classed as an In Year Admission.
